- Accessible bathrooms on site with sturdy handrails.
- Hills aren't too steep.
- Space for those with wheeled mobility devices and/or service animals to maneuver comfortably (isles and pathways are at least 36" wide with multiple 5' round areas to turn/change directions).
- Sturdy tables mobility devices can pull up to and larger service animals can fit under.
- All tables are set up facing and right up against the paved paths. We continue to make sure all paved pathways are clear of debris throughout the event. We are currently seeking volunteers to bring chairs for small and large bodies as well as chairs specifically designed for disability.

vendor information
1. This event is made to be accessible. Which means when you are setting up your table you need to place it as close to the cement path as possible for attendees who require wheeled mobility devices.
2. Our events are always FREE to table at and FREE to perform at - you will not be charged a fee. Participation in any fundraiser is always optional.
3. Our events are made possible by community, and because we do not require any sort of payment from any participants, we always need volunteers to help out with the things that make an event come together. If you find yourself with time and energy to help out, please do!
4. There will never be any amount of required hours for our events. You will always be allowed to come and go as you please.
5. Unless you are someone who has been a problem at our events in the past, you are more than welcome to just show up and set up a table. It is helpful for us if you DO fill out the form (so we can be prepared for the size of the event and plan the layout accordingly) but it is not required.
6. We will NEVER work with cops which means that we do not have this city's permission for these events, nor do we want it. This does however come with an inherent risk of being ticketed/harassed by city officials. If you ever do receive a ticket (which very few people ever have) then we'd be more than happy to help you fundraise to cover the cost.

radpride 2024 applications
Performers ONLY
Mutual Aid, Vendors, Chefs, etc
The application forms are the preferred and most efficient method for us to receive information but we understand that some people may not be comfortable with that. We have worked hard to make the forms as minimal as possible so that the only things asked of you are things that help us plan and promote the event, and the only things required on the form is the bare bones information. All this considered, if you prefer to not fill out the form here are some other methods of contact:Slowest - email ([email protected])
Faster - instagram dm (@abolitionmarket)
Fastest - signal/discord (if you are already connected)Before reaching out, please visit the appropriate form, and in your message to us, include as much of the info on the form as you are comfortable communicating.
If you already filled out the application and didn't input promotion information but are now ready to do so:
If you were signed up to table (vendor, mutual aid, chef, etc) or as a performer but you can no longer attend:
If you'd like to be informed of future vending/performing opportunities:
If you'd like to attend using our new buddy system:
If none of the above forms fit your need:
